Here’s something you can try in the mornings (or anytime) to give your body that extra edge:
Juice (with a juicer):
1 large, sweet Apple
1-2 inches of raw Ginger
1/2 tsp of raw Honey
4 oz Aloe Vera Juice
1 dropper-full (about 40 drops) of Maca liquid abstract
1 dropper-full (about 15 drops) of Marine Phytoplankton
Stir and pour into two glasses, or drink it all yourself! Aloe Vera and Honey can be found easily at most stores. Maca extract can be found in health food stores. Marine Phytoplankton is a little trickier to get a hold of, I bought mine online at sunfood.com. It’s expensive, but it lasts a long time, since you’ll only use about 10-15 drops at a time.

Aloe Vera: “The gel of raw aloe vera contains vitamins A, C, and E, the minerals sulfur, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and chromium, as well as antioxidants, fiber, amino acids, enzymes, sterols, lignins, and most importantly, polysaccharides. Aloe’s polysaccharides have a particular lubricating effect on the joints, brain, nervous system, and the skin.
