This site provides charts for fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds, legumes, and proteins. They are listed alphabetically, and include the vitamin and mineral content of each food. The site also provides charts for vitamins and minerals individually, which are especially helpful if you are addressing a deficiency. For each mineral and vitamin, the chart provides a list of foods which contain the nutrient in question.
